1. Before delivery begins
Where consumer distance-selling rules apply, a consumer will normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning when the contract is made. The way that right operates depends on whether the purchase is digital content or a scheduled service.
2. Digital content
If you ask for recorded content to become available during the cancellation period, checkout will request your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. A copy of that confirmation will be provided. If those confirmations are not obtained where required, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The voluntary first-module promise in the Refund Policy may still apply after digital access begins.
3. Live online services
If you ask for a live service to begin during a statutory cancellation period, checkout will request the required express instruction. If you then cancel after delivery has started, a proportionate amount may be retained for the service already supplied where permitted by law. The cancellation right may end once the service has been fully performed with the required consent and acknowledgement.
4. Voluntary cohort flexibility
- At least seven days before the first session: choose a full refund or one free transfer.
- Less than seven days before the first session: request one free transfer to the next suitable cohort.
- If the Provider changes the material dates and you cannot attend: choose the revised cohort, a transfer or a full refund.
5. How to cancel
Send an unambiguous cancellation statement to the support email that will be displayed at checkout. Include the buyer name, order email, product and order reference. You do not have to use a specific form. The cancellation date is the date the message is sent.
6. Effect of cancellation
Access may be closed when cancellation takes effect. Approved repayments will be made to the original payment method without undue delay and within any legally required period. Downloaded materials must not be used or shared after a full cancellation and refund.
