1. Who controls your information

Bohdan Ohnievyi will act as the controller of personal information collected for enquiries, enrolment and programme delivery. A direct support email, business address and actual country of establishment will be published before any personal information is collected through this site.

2. Information that may be collected after launch

  • identity and contact details, such as your name and email address;
  • order details, selected programme, payment status and transaction reference;
  • messages, support requests and live-session participation information;
  • technical information needed for security, troubleshooting and delivery; and
  • consent records, including any request for digital content to begin during a cancellation period.

Full payment card details are expected to be handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored on this website.

3. Why the information is used

  • to process an order and deliver the purchased programme;
  • to send service messages, access instructions and schedule updates;
  • to answer enquiries and resolve access or quality issues;
  • to maintain transaction and tax records where legally required; and
  • to prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised distribution of programme materials.

4. Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, information may be processed because it is necessary to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and record keeping, or because you have given consent. Consent may be withdrawn where consent is the applicable basis.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only as needed with payment processing, email, video-conferencing, course-hosting, cloud storage, accounting and professional support providers. The final version of this policy will identify the material services actually used. Information is not sold.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside your country. Where transfer rules apply, the Provider will use an appropriate legal mechanism and review the provider's privacy and security terms.

7. Retention

Enquiry records will be kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry. Order and financial records may be kept for the legally required accounting or tax period. Course access and support records will be retained for the access period and a reasonable dispute-resolution period. Final retention periods will be confirmed before launch.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Requests will be handled through the privacy contact published before launch.

9. Cookies and analytics

This draft site does not intentionally use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics, embedded media or marketing tools are added, the policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are activated.

10. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards will be used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be dated and will not be used to reduce rights attached to information already collected.
