1. Who controls your information
Bohdan Ohnievyi will act as the controller of personal information collected for enquiries, enrolment and programme delivery. A direct support email, business address and actual country of establishment will be published before any personal information is collected through this site.
2. Information that may be collected after launch
- identity and contact details, such as your name and email address;
- order details, selected programme, payment status and transaction reference;
- messages, support requests and live-session participation information;
- technical information needed for security, troubleshooting and delivery; and
- consent records, including any request for digital content to begin during a cancellation period.
Full payment card details are expected to be handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored on this website.
3. Why the information is used
- to process an order and deliver the purchased programme;
- to send service messages, access instructions and schedule updates;
- to answer enquiries and resolve access or quality issues;
- to maintain transaction and tax records where legally required; and
- to prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised distribution of programme materials.

10. Security and changes
